Are appointments virtual or in person?

Beginning September 1, 2026, all appointments are conducted virtually through our secure telehealth platform. You'll receive the same comprehensive, personalized care, including detailed consultations, lab ordering and interpretation, individualized treatment plans, and ongoing support.

How do virtual appointments work?

Appointments take place through the secure Optimantra patient portal. Simply log in at your scheduled appointment time using your computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Can I still have lab work ordered?

Yes. Dr. Jessica can still recommend and order many conventional and specialty laboratory tests when appropriate. You'll receive instructions on where and how to complete any recommended testing.

Do I need to live in Cincinnati?

No. All appointments are conducted virtually, so there is no need to travel to an office. Dr. Jessica works with patients throughout Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, and other states, where permitted. As a licensed naturopathic physician in Vermont, she is able to provide the full scope of naturopathic care to Vermont residents.
