Ellen is the friendly, organized heartbeat behind the scenes—keeping schedules smooth, follow-ups timely, and Dr. Jessica on task. A long-time patient who knows the practice from the inside out, she now supports our community part-time by coordinating care through email, text, portal messages, and phone. 

She’s passionate about holistic living—movement, nourishment, and integrative care that support a vibrant, sustainable life. As a mom of four, Ellen understands the real-world juggle and the importance of feeling like your best self; she brings that empathy to every interaction and loves helping patients feel seen and supported. Outside the office, you’ll find her creating calm, beautiful spaces and getting lost in a good book.
