Pricing and Policies
All consultations with Dr. Jessica are currently provided virtually via secure video.
The practice is self-pay and does not bill insurance or provide superbills for insurance reimbursement. HSA/FSA cards are accepted. Payment is due at the time of service.
Laboratory testing, supplements, medications, and other recommended services are not included in consultation fees.
New Patient Availability
We are currently at capacity and are not broadly accepting new patients. We do occasionally make space for referrals and for patients who appear to be a strong clinical fit.
If you feel this may apply, you are welcome to complete the New Patient Survey for consideration. The survey helps us better understand your goals and determine whether we may be a good fit for your needs.

Scheduling and Payment
A credit card on file is required to reserve an appointment. The card is stored securely and is not charged at the time of booking. Payment is due at the time of your consultation.
New Patient Paperwork
New patient paperwork and required consent forms must be completed by 12:00 PM two business days before your appointment. This gives Dr. Jessica adequate time to review your history and prepare for your consultation.
Appointments will be rescheduled if required paperwork is not received by the deadline.
Cancelling & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations or changes with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled appointment fee. Missed appointments without notice are charged the full appointment fee.
We understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If something comes up, please contact the office as soon as possible.
Appointment Timing
Appointments are reserved for a specific amount of time. If you arrive late, we may not be able to extend the appointment beyond its scheduled end time, and the full appointment fee still applies. If there is not enough time remaining to provide an appropriate consultation, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Dr. Jessica does her best to begin each appointment on time. Occasionally, a previous visit may require unexpected additional attention and she may run a few minutes behind. We appreciate your patience and understanding when this occurs, and you will still receive your full scheduled appointment time.
Visit Length & Between-Visit Work
Complex concerns, extensive testing, or multiple new concerns may require a longer appointment. If more time is needed than originally scheduled, your appointment may be adjusted to the next appropriate visit length and fee.
A significant amount of care also happens outside of your appointment — including reviewing previous notes and test results, researching when needed, updating your treatment plan, coordinating next steps, and completing documentation.
Communication
The secure patient portal should be used for individualized health-related communication. Portal messaging is intended for brief clarification related to a recent visit.
New symptoms, new laboratory results, significant changes in health, or questions requiring individualized assessment or extensive review generally require a follow-up appointment.
Laboratory Testing
Laboratory testing is not included in consultation fees. Testing ordered through the practice is cash-pay. If you would like testing billed through insurance, you will generally need to work with your primary care provider or another licensed healthcare provider for orders.
