Welcome to Whole Woman Naturopathic
This page was created to help you get started and feel supported as you settle into care.
Inside, you’ll find supportive resources such as details about labs, supplements, and treatment plans, as well as a growing library of resources to help you understand your hormones, fertility, and whole-body health.
You’ll continue to use your Optimantra portal for scheduling, messages, and accessing your treatment plans. Think of this space as your companion to that — a resource center to help you learn, prepare, and stay informed.
Getting Started with Your Care
Before your first visit, please take a moment to read your appointment confirmation email carefully. It includes everything you’ll need to prepare for your visit — information about your patient portal (Optimantra), appointment instructions, and any forms that should be completed beforehand.
Once you’re set up in Optimantra, you’ll be able to:
Complete intake forms and questionnaires
View and download your Treatment Plans
Upload lab results or other documents
Message the clinic securely
Review visit notes and handouts
If you’d like Dr. Jessica to review outside lab results, please upload them to the Documents and Handouts section of your portal. Label them clearly (for example, “Lab Result – June 2024”) to help keep your record organized.
PDF versions of any educational handouts shared during appointments can also be found at the bottom of that same section for easy reference.
This system keeps everything in one place and helps Dr. Jessica personalize your care efficiently.
Treatment Plans
After each appointment, you’ll find your personalized Treatment Plan inside your Optimantra portal under “Treatment Plans.”
These plans include:
Nutrition and lifestyle recommendations
Supplement and dosage guidance
Lab instructions and interpretations
Follow-up recommendations
Dr. Jessica spends significant time crafting each plan, and most common questions are already answered there. Plans are available at the end of your in-person visit or uploaded within 24 hours of a virtual appointment.
Lab Information
Dr. Jessica uses several trusted lab partners to help keep costs low and options flexible. Each test order will be explained in your Treatment Summary, but here’s a quick overview of how it works:
Evexia
A third-party platform used for bloodwork (via Labcorp), GI-MAP stool tests, and other specialty labs.
All Evexia orders are prepaid. You’ll receive an email from Evexia with a link to your cart — simply create an account, complete payment, and follow the instructions.
For Labcorp draws, bring the printed order form to your appointment.
For at-home kits, Evexia will ship the kit directly to you once the order is finalized.

Rupa Health
Another platform used for specialty testing. You’ll receive an email directly from Rupa with your order details. Once paid, your kit will be shipped to your home for sample collection.
Rupa Website: labs.rupahealth.com
DUTCH Hormone Tests
DUTCH kits are ordered directly through Precision Analytical. The kit ships to your home, and you’ll include payment using the coupon enclosed when sending it back for processing. Occasionally, kits are available in-office and can be taken home the same day.
Results from all labs are sent directly to Dr. Jessica and uploaded to your portal once available.
Supplements
For most supplement prescriptions, Dr. Jessica uses Fullscript, an online dispensary that carries medical-grade, professional products.
You’ll receive an email from Fullscript when recommendations are ready. Once your account is created, you can order, reorder, and explore the catalog at a 10% discount.
Not every product appears on Fullscript. When a different source is needed, your Treatment Plan will include a direct link or instructions on where to purchase.

A simple visual for building meals
Fill half your plate with colorful vegetables, then add quality protein, healthy fats, and a small portion of grains or legumes. Use it as an everyday guide to eat with balance, variety, and nourishment in mind.
What’s happening in your gut has a powerful ripple effect on your skin. In fact, one of the most important (and often overlooked) relationships in your body is the one between your digestive system and your complexion. This beautiful connection is called the gut-skin axis, and when your gut is out of balance, chances are, your skin is trying to tell you.
