Waiting List Closed

We’re so grateful for the thoughtful, patient, and passionate community that has grown around this practice over the past few months.

At this time, Dr. Jessica is no longer accepting new patients, and we do not have an active waitlist.

She is currently in the process of reviewing New Patient Surveys from individuals already on the list as she reopens her schedule for fall appointments. Once we have sorted through our current list, Dr. Jessica will reopen her schedule to new patients.

We encourage you to join our mailing list if you’d like to stay in the loop on scheduling.

Until then, There’s Still So Much You Can Do

1. Start a Symptom & Cycle Journal

One of the most powerful things you can do before beginning care is to become a curious observer of your body.

Start by keeping a simple journal where you track your menstrual cycle, energy levels, mood changes, digestion, sleep, and any skin flare-ups or changes. If you're navigating PCOS, fertility challenges, or chronic skin concerns, these patterns often hold valuable clues that can help guide your care later on.

You don’t need anything fancy—a notes app, a calendar, or a blank notebook will do. The goal is to build awareness and notice trends over time, not to be perfect.

When we reconnect, this journal can offer insight into your body's rhythms and responses, helping us move more efficiently and effectively toward your goals.

2. Schedule a Primary care Visit & work on foundational health

Now is a great time to check in with your primary care provider for a general wellness visit. Updating your basic labs and health screenings can offer a helpful snapshot of your current state and ensure there are no major concerns that need to be addressed right away.

Even before we begin working together, you can start supporting your body’s healing with simple, foundational habits:

  • Focus on balanced, nourishing meals

  • Stay hydrated throughout the day

  • Incorporate gentle daily movement

  • Prioritize rest and quality sleep

These may seem basic, but they create the groundwork for hormone balance, healthy skin, and reproductive wellness, and they’ll make a big difference when you’re ready to go deeper later on.

3. Swap Out Endocrine-Disrupting Products

Your skin is one of your body’s largest detox organs, and what you put on it matters. Many conventional personal care and household products contain endocrine-disrupting chemicals that can interfere with hormone balance, skin health, and even fertility.

While you don’t need to overhaul everything at once, this is a great time to begin replacing items like deodorant, body wash, skincare, and cleaning products with fragrance-free, non-toxic alternatives. Look for products made by brands committed to transparency and clean formulations.

Even small changes—like switching your moisturizer or ditching synthetic fragrance—can reduce your daily toxic load and support your body’s natural balance. Start with the products you use most often or apply to large areas of skin, and go from there.

This gentle cleanup lays a supportive foundation for deeper healing ahead.

4. Practice Nervous System Support

Deep healing doesn’t happen in a state of stress—it happens when your nervous system feels safe, steady, and supported. That’s why prioritizing restorative sleep and gentle nervous system regulation is one of the most powerful things you can do right now.

This might look like:

  • Creating a calming bedtime routine (dim lights, screen-free wind-down time, herbal tea)

  • Supporting your circadian rhythm with morning sunlight and consistent sleep/wake times

  • Practicing simple nervous system tools like deep breathing, progressive relaxation, or vagus nerve support through gentle movement, music, or laughter

Your hormones, fertility, and skin all depend on this foundation. Consistently showing your body that it’s safe to rest is a key step toward sustainable healing—one that starts before you even step into the clinic.
